Planning

Design

  • Full back up with samples, technical submissions and alternative proposals when requested

BUILD

  • Full time Project Manager from design through to completion
  • Full time Site Manager, SMSTS standard to ensure continuity across teams and that the programme stays on track
  • Dedicated Health and Safety Coordinator
  • In house, diretly employed site installation teams and prefered establised sub-contractors
  • FSC/PEFC Chain of Custody
  • BREEAM, LEED and SKA experience
Holistic Washroom

Completion

  • Project Close out team ensure that handover is snag free and to the high standard expected
  • Regular client walk round to ensure expectations are exceeded
  • Progressive Close out
  • Ensuring the main contractor achieves handover and sign off with the client
  • Comprehensive job specific O&M with As built drawings
